The room was clean and comfortable, providing a great place to relax after exploring. It’s also conveniently located just a short walk from shopping at Centro Comercial San Pedro Plaza, making it easy to grab anything you need.

Dealing with the hotel over the phone can be annoying!!! Their room service timings need better adherence, or at least better communication about the waits!!! The location is a bit isolated from the city center too!!!

Breakfast was a delightful highlight with fresh options, and I appreciated the complimentary water too! The location is perfect, just a short distance from two malls with a variety of dining and shopping options.

room service took longer than expected.

I stayed in a Double Room for 3 nights, and it was super clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, and I loved how it wasn't blowing right onto the bed. There were nice toiletries in the bathroom, and having a fridge was a bonus. The bed was comfy, which helped me sleep well every night. However, I did notice some noise coming from the atrium since my room was on level 2, but it wasn't a big deal at night.
